BBC HARDtalk: Peaceful transfer of power needed in Rwanda

The Chairman of the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, Dr.Frank Habineza, had an Interview on the BBC HARDtalk program on 2nd December 2015.The Interview was conducted by Ms.Zeinab Badawi, it covered a wide range of issues in Rwanda and one of the main messages was the respect of term limits, which will ensure peaceful transifer of power, which has not been witnesed in the last 100 years.
