In reference to the News Article : Green Party defends RPA soldiers against UN Genocide charge, delivered from our statement : Democratic Green Party of Rwanda’s Stand on Crimes against Humanity ;http://rwandagreendemocrats.org/spi....

We are pleased to make the following clarifications :

• The Democratic Green Party of Rwanda Stand on Crimes against Humanity is referring to crimes made during the liberation struggle from 1990-1994 and also on the counter-insurgents that followed till 1997 or shortly thereafter. This statement was issued out on 3rd June 2010, and can still be accessed on :http://rwandagreendemocrats.org/spi..., it was titled : OUR POSITION ON : Genocide Ideology, Crimes against Humanity, Accusations on Ms. Victoire INGABIRE, Me.Bernard NTAGANDA and The Arrest of Prof. Peter ERLINDER.
• The Democratic Green Party of Rwanda has not yet issued out any statement as regards the recent draft leaked UN report on Congo. We shall react when the report is officially published.
