Rwanda Green Party Politician Found Not Guilty by High Court

Ms.Seraphine Mukamana, Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, Coordinator for Kigali City, was found not guilty to bribery charges by Rwanda High Court after an appeal hearing on 25th March 2011.

She has been serving in 1930 Kigali Maximum Prison since November 2009 after being convicted by Nyarugenge Court and sentenced for five years.
